The agreement defines the structure and the tolerance values of quality of services of the Contractor Parties to control these parameters, size and order of compensation in case of violation of safeguards under this Agreement. This document also defines the services, service levels and availability, pricing, distribution costs and the method of recruitment of the Contractor.
